"Never got to stay here. Front desk said they don’t have my reservation even tho I paid for it. The lady was extremely rude with an attitude also. After being on a plane for 7 hours, all I wanted to do was rest. I should’ve listened to the other reviews that said they don’t honor their reservations. It’s completely true. "

"This hotel is in a perfect location - very central to the shops, restaurants and bars. It is a beautiful hotel and we would definitely return, however, two things stopped us from rating it as 5 stars. The first was a member of the reception staff (normally situated on the screen at the end of reception close to the lifts).
