"Really enjoyed our stay, checked in & was told the room wasn’t ready, but I notified the reception staff I had upgraded to an early check in, so I was then checked in, had a room on the 8th floor overlooking London, was noisy outside at night with sirens. There were 3 adults in our room, but only 2 cups for tea/coffee. Ample towels & toiletries, beds very comfy and the a/c was a bonus. Would stay again as a convenient location."

"Excellent hotel. Great location close to Waterloo, Embankment and Westminster tube stations as well as the London Eye, Trafalgar Square and Big Ben. Nice staff and great breakfast. Nick at the concierge desk was particularly helpful and friendly. "
