"This is the second time I am in this property, the issue are the elevators. They are always busy and crowded. Both times we had to go down the stairs by foot carrying luggage bc the elevator never came."

"Had a wonderful stay here at the Doubletree. Walking distance to the beach and plaza with a Walmart. Property was very clean, concierge was very friendly and helpful."

"Very good location. I loved the quick access to the pool and the beach with an elevator. Part of the hotel is in renovation so it was a bit noisy. There were no beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel which was disappointing. But overall we had a great time"

"Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed in from the moment I walked in the door the customer service is top tier Champaign while I check in an friendly faces the property was beyond gorgeous from the people that clean to the pool staff the level of feeling welcomed was the best I have ever experienced in my life the rooms were beautiful the balcony view was literally to die for thank you Mondrian for making my stay so memorable "
