"Margaritaville is a very nice hotel with high end amenities and great customer service in a somewhat run down beach town. The area immediately surrounding the hotel is in need of redevelopment and is not a good match for the hotel property. "

"The lobby starts really nice. It was renovated. And the pool area too, it’s gorgeous. Then comes the room, well to say the least they haven’t done anything since they are remodeling. It’s clean, but very well used. The tub had enamel chips in it and a weird gab under the tub like a hole under it. There was a lil mold in a closet. The hallway walls are gross and carpet is wrong. All the rooms look the same. Only thing that saved it is the view from the balcony and pool area was great. Bbq food...

"Great location and right on the beach. Rooms had a recent renovation and were in great shape. Some of the more heavily used areas could use a touch up.... Porch area. Staff is great. Beach staff is fantastic! No cash facility with auto generated gratuity.... "
