"Loved access to beach and friendly helpful staff. Only issue was dead bolt on door did not lock and toilet paper holder was loose on the wall and toilet paper came off every time. Reported to front desk and they said that they would notify maintenance. Was not repaired while we were there. Deck chair needed repair. Note: Partial ocean view. "

"We absolutely adored our stay at the Betsy! The hotel itself is so charming with such a southern hospitality feel. The staff were so attentive and the rooms were adorable. Bathrooms are a tad small but that is to be expected in older hotels and hotels in Miami in general. The restaurant and bar were both fabulous and such a great location on the strip. "
