"The hotel property is quite lovely especially the Palm tree murals, may I buy these? Wowee! The front desk staff is elequent, however the bartender/ waitress was very upsetting she did not come for my dinner order. I felt it was because I was alone. Very hurtful also because I did not receive my $20 for dining. The parking charge with hotel charge is a a better idea. Guests expect to pay for dining so I delete that charge. "We've stayed here several times. Adequate hotel for the area. Convenient to the Florida Keys and Everglades National Park. Basic accommodations with many conveniences within walking distance."

"Weather was gorgeous for our 4 night stay. Property is nice overall, rooms are on the smaller side. Not a lot of space for storing items. Room was clean and maid service was given if asked. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly tasty and fresh. Service both on the beach and restaurant was excellent. Very close to Palm Beach shopping and excellent restaurants. Lovely quiet island! "

"The clerk who checked me in acted i was a nuisance just for showing up. Most tasks seemed like a bother for her. Needs more people skills. Or a different occupation. Lady who serves breakfast is awesome - pleasant, friendly, works hard. Housekeeping staff were polite, helpful and responsive. "
