"I was moved to the Crown Plaza re maintenance work being carried out at Holiday in Express Old Street. Lovely hotel however this added 1hr each day for travelling over to Shoreditch on the tube which I was trying to avoid using. The hotel was clean however I was quite amazed that they only clean, replenish tea/coffee/water if you ask! this is not done on a daily basis. "

"This apartment was amazing - plenty of space for a family, and lots of natural light. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and shopping opportunities, and there are 2 grocery stores within a block or two. The Liverpool Street Tube station is across the street, making transportation easy. I think the Tower of London is within walking distance, but we didn't walk it. The only downside was that our apartment was on the 5th floor, and the elevator was not working while we were there. Given that...

"I absolutely love this hotel, I’ll always stay here for at least one night while visiting London. The staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and things like heated bathroom floors and the Prosecco they offer you when you arrive, makes the experience feel very luxurious. It’s so hard to find a nice hotel in London that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. This hotel is proof that this type of experience exists!"

"The welcome was great and the size and position of the apartment fabulous. The apartment is a little tired and could use a GE real spruce up especially all of the taps and shower. The mattress is quite old I suspect and could use a mattress topper and some new pillows. But in general a really great place and so conveniently located with really nice people who take care of you."
