"The host was nice and helpful. The flat was small, but it was all we needed. If you're visiting, you shouldn't spend much time in the flat anyway. The shower was smaller than anticipated, and at the time of rental, had a friendly shower curtain that stuck to you as you bathed. A different material would likely prevent this."

"Hotel public areas smell nice. Staff are so friendly and helpful in this hotel including the breakfast chef. I had a query and looked at changing date and hotel were so helpful unlike Expedia! The hotel room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed, pillows & lovely white sheets. Nice toiletries & good tea & coffee aswell as bottles water in fridge. Continental Breakfast was excellent and very fresh & set us up for the day. Thank you all for a lovely stay. "

"It’s situated right near a busy street and a night club so it’s very noisy. I stayed during a heat wave and was on the third floor and there weren’t even shades for all of the windows to keep the sun out, so at night time it was so hot and muggy. Just overall not a very nice place to stay. Didn’t find the staff overly friendly either. But it was the cheapest accommodation I could find with short notice for my time, so I guess you get what you pay for. Had some regret I didn’t splash out a bit...

"We stayed in the Eames room and it was amazing, a very uniquely designed and spacious room with lots of light. The location is amazing, right on redchurch street, an amazing place to shop. The staff could’ve been a bit warmer."
