Great hotel, great location the only downside were the staff - they seemed grumpy dismissive and not really engaged. Honestly It would seem like there is an issue as it was more than just isolated.

The room was gorgeous and so clean! Unfortunately it was a very noisy room, the property opposite had a delivery lorry arrive around 11:30pm and it was so loud. There were also people shouting in the corridor. The mattress wasn’t comfortable at all so not the best for a restful sleep. I would have loved to relax in the lobby but it was absolutely crammed full of people on laptops every time I went down there. The front desk staff were really lovely though and the breakfast bag was great value and a nice touch.

Excellent room and staff outstanding. Roof top restaurant excellent. Only down size was lobby area was always full with young people on computers. Very limited seating because of it for social gatherong with family friends
