The staff were lovely and kindly accommodated an early check in after an overnight flight from Canada. "Very comfortable, well appointed hotel. Soap/shampoo offerings better than what I'm used to in UK hotels. Breakfast was high quality though service in restaurant a bit slow. One caveat: Hotel entrance is from a courtyard off Devonshire Square and not visible from the street. Even London black cab drivers can't find it if they haven't been there before. Use 4 Devonshire Square address for cabs or Ubers than walk up steps into courtyard."
