Excellent hotel. Different dining options inside which were all amazing with incredible service. Food was fabulous. The room was perfect. Comfy bed. The steam shower was the best part of the room. So relaxing and such a great addition to an already beautiful hotel.

The staff was really terrific. There was a day where we slept in and deferred housekeeping. But get this: that evening I asked for some Nespresso pods to be brought up while we were away and not only did they bring us the pods, they made up the room that night. So kind and thoughtful. I loved it. The gym, pool, onsite restaurants/bars, and individual guest rooms were all in great condition, and the personal steam showers in the in-room bathroom was a personal favorite! You couldn't ask for a better location, surrounded by public transit, many top restaurants and bars, and close walking distance to interesting attractions like Old Spitalfields Market. Highly recommend this stay for any trip to London!
