"Absolutely sensational hotel in Tokyo. Amazingly helpful and responsive staff who went out of their way to make our staff memorable. Hotel is immaculate both in and out, and the room was kept to the highest order by the housekeeping tea.. We had an executive room with access to the relevant lounge. Lounge was split into two was quiet and coffee, drinks and snacks plentiful all day. Evening snacks and drinks were superb and included branded alcohol drinks. The lounge was very busy on the weekend...
