"Very good, friendly staff, there was once a guest that had an alarm ring for half hour, waking everybody up. The hotel staff got her name and I suppose she got some sort of fine. Very organised, only downside but I think that's just Japan: not very sustainable.. a lot of plastic and disposable everything with plastic etc.. I was getting my slippers and they are always packed in plastic and I was just thinking why is it necessary to pack everything."
