"We stayed here 2 years ago, and they have really updated the rooms. The price is a little higher, but still a very good value as my wife's family lives nearby and it is very convenient. We also had our infant son with us, and the room with the second bed/couch as a bit small (as is everything in Japan), but worked. The kitchenette was handy for making formula and coffee, and the small fridge allowed us some room for snacks to keep. We stayed 5 days, and it was a bit tight, but worked for us....

"I found unless I drank heavily before bed time that it was not enough padding to sleep well. I'm a side sleeper and if you are as well then you know we don't distribute our weight as well as back sleepers so need more cushion. Most nights I went out drinking for amazing karaoke so I slept solid (highly recommend Bar K-Station a short walk from here and they were super welcoming to foreigners). "The restaurant upstairs , i was disappointed at the service. When i got my bill I see they charged me 1000 Yen as table charge . When i asked what this charge was for they said its for the 2 slices of bread (tiny) they gave us after sitting at the table for 35 minutes and they also said all restaurants in Japan charge a table charge per person. I did eat at other restaurants and i was never charged."

"Everything about this place was nice, except our std. single room was not big enough to open 2 24" suitcases so it was a little cramped. I loved the smart tv, the full strength shower, the nice towels everyday and the help that the staff gave regarding my miscommunication with the shuttle transportation. I especially liked the 7-11 in the basement and the laundry room. Thanks for a nice stay!"

"Excellent experience. Less than 3 minutes walking for two of the main subway lines that connect you to many of the most touristic spots in Tokyo, and 5 minutes walk from the best of Shinjuku. Very friendly staff, nice rooms. Very nice happy hour. Definitely a place to return to."
