"A very busy hotel but an excellent stay nonetheless. My advice for anybody booking this hotel is that the executive lounge access is well worth it. The breakfast in the morning is very good and needed as there are few restaurants that open that early in Tokyo. The shuttle to Shinjuku station is also an excellent service and extremely punctual. I had packages from Amazon delivered to concierge without issue and you are notified once your package arrives. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is great and beautiful but the beds in the rooms are very comfortable. I explained to the check in staff but the white guy there didn’t seem to be concerned and just said to put a extra blanket on."

"Fabulous lounge level service - breakfast was good, not amazing. The coffee machine on the 47th floor was nice and served Starbucks. The bar on 47th floor had low quality free drinks but an amazing view and ambience. "

"Be sure to get a room that’s large otherwise the one bed rooms (for two) are quite small. Hotel was excellent for our five night stay. We upgraded to a larger room on a high floor and were much happier. Rooms are clean and the showers are excellent. Nice having the washer dryer unit. Very convenient to exploring Tokyo! Loved the location."
