Location is ok not near or far from all shopping areas, about 1km from the hotel by walking. Underground street is right down the hotel. The hotel has a cleaning policies by cleaning up toilet ,changing bed sheets and floors vacuuming every 3 days if you stay continuously for more than 3 days but I just had room cleaning only once during my 8 nights stays. The housekeepers refilled the hand soap by adding water instead the soap. So I think for the room hygiene has to be improved. Used coffee bags had never been trashed although there is a tray for used coffee bags, I had to throw away in trash can. Anyway the towel and bath mats also the toothbrush had been replaced everyday.

If you have several rooms for a group stay, make sure all the rooms are on the same floor. Room keys only allow stops on your floor. Great for security, but makes things difficult for a group. It might be easier to navigate SHINJUKU station if you go street side instead of trying to get out of the underground maze.

For the price in Uber expensive Tokyo, the room was large and comfortable, the location is quiet and it is a conveniently walkable distance from Shinjuku station. I would definitely consider it for a future stay in Tokyo.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was super convenient and close to all but relaxing and quiet, especially when you spend the day walking around all the shops and the tourist attractions. The room very clean and spacious for what Japan room sizes are, not like your typical room sizes back home.. I am definitely going back.. Thank you to the staff..
