Budget hotel. Room was cosy. Bathroom standard small. But well kept. Did have to switch rooms due to a smell but staff were very good & switched rooms for me. Location next to metro / subway. About a 20min walk to Shinjuku central. Overall stay was ok. Probably wouldn’t stay again because there are other hotels a little closer in the same price range.

Perfect location for the trains, only downside is the sound of the fire department close by but that can be forgiven as the most amazing bakery in Tokyo is so close, hidden around the corner in some side streets.

Interior of the room is older, however it is clean and spacious enough for two. Hotel is close to train station. Laundry area is dirty and dusty. Would be good for hotel to increase the number of washers/dryers too.
