"This is very good value for a tokyo stay , clean , good location ... like almost all Tokyo addresses , not easy to find, but be patient . It is a bit easier if you have a little japanese, but that isnt a barrier. Try and have the address in japanese with you , so you can show it to locals , or the piceman on duty in the police box nearby . It is on the Oedo subway line, so you have to change off the JR line ( Yamanotesen). A strong recommendation is to change trains at JR Yoyogi station , not...

"The front desk team went out of their way to make guest feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. They were attentive, joyful and helpful. There were events/parties happening 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, so the lobby and our floor were busy, but once we were in our room, it was not an issue (noise did not travel). Overall incredible stay and would go back in a heartbeat."
