"I found unless I drank heavily before bed time that it was not enough padding to sleep well. I'm a side sleeper and if you are as well then you know we don't distribute our weight as well as back sleepers so need more cushion. Most nights I went out drinking for amazing karaoke so I slept solid (highly recommend Bar K-Station a short walk from here and they were super welcoming to foreigners). "The location was super convenient for getting around and loads of local dining options. We stayed for 3 nights and our first night the bed was like a hammock. We changed rooms for the last 2 nights - reception handled the change well. The lifts take time and there is no stair option (emergency only). Check in is mostly electronic but staff are on hand which kind of defeats the purpose I thought. Would much rather a personal experience. "

"This was a typical small Tokyo hotel room. I wish I picked something with a closer train station. Everything was very clean and the services were ok. We didn’t really use any of the amenities except for the washer and dryer which are not meant for anything heavier than the occasional shirt. I tried washing 5 pants on a washer and dryer and my tees in another and I did the dryer twice and everything was still wet."
