"Great location! The hotel is next to a train station so the commute with trains is very convenient. I assumed the hotel room given is based on the number of people because mine is perfect for one person. It’s clean. I stayed for 3 nights and they still provide towels, yukata and other essentials in a bag by your door even if you don’t request cleaning. I like this service. "

"It was really close to the Metro Government Building and 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. You could also walk underground to the station if it’s raining outside but it took us 3 days to figure out how to walk back to the hotel underground. Last day, we finally figured it out. The twin beds room was small and we couldn’t open our luggage on the floor. We had to put it on our bed to get to our luggages. We were only there 5 days so it was fine just for sleep. Very clean, staff spoke English, very helpful and friendly. The area was great and close to everything. "

"I found this hotel by chance through expedia and I must say I was very happy to have been able to stay here. I guess I wasn't ready for the high class look and feel of thisbplace like I was staying in a Vegas style hotel! Great room and great staff. We had a great view of the Tokyo Tower from our room and added to the overall experience as well. The garden at the ground level was very nice and beautiful. The breakfast buffet has a alot of choices between Japanese and American styles. I would love to stay here again when ever come through this area again!!"
