"We only stayed at Hotel Gracery because my son is obsessed with Godzilla. So it was disappointing to find out at arrival that the terrace was closed. The room was small, but the location made up for it. It is in a livelier part of Shinjuku, but we felt safe walking around whether it was late at night or early morning. Because of the location we would stay here again"

"Staff were great and spoke English. Room was fairly small and had a bit of sewage order in the bathroom, which the hotel seem to know about since there was air freshener and they turned the fans on when they cleaned. Breakfast buffet looked ok but not exceptional, we did not purchase. Room was quiet with good heating controls. One side of the bed did not have an outlet or any charging ports, which was a bit annoying. "

"Be sure to get a room that’s large otherwise the one bed rooms (for two) are quite small. Hotel was excellent for our five night stay. We upgraded to a larger room on a high floor and were much happier. Rooms are clean and the showers are excellent. Nice having the washer dryer unit. Very convenient to exploring Tokyo! Loved the location."

"We decided to spend extra for the Club Access rooms for our last stay in Japan, and I'm really glad we did. The club access lounge is exclusive and has an amazing 45th floor view of Tokyo. It's also directly across the street from the government building with the graphics that lights up at night. My friend stayed at the same hotel prior but did not pay for the club access rooms. I heard their rooms were older and not as nice, but since we selected the rooms with club access, the rooms were...
