Clean and quiet. The breakfast selection is excellent with the only downside being some of the selections were cold due to not using heat lamps or steam trays. Check in/ out we're very fast & efficient. We needed to print a document which unfortunately, the hotel was unable to accommodate. They did offer advice on where to go to facilitate. Would stay here again.

Very convenient location for my stay in Tokyo, very walkable from Shinjuku Station or a short taxi ride. Great location for nights where you want to stay out and enjoy drinks in a variety of great bars. Also close to some great restaurants. Hotel staff were very helpful, had no issues with check in and communicating with staff with having only english. Hotel also has a pretty great onsen, better than most of the other hotels I stayed in throughout my stay in Japan. Not tattoo friendly but if you have small tattoos they do provide 2 free stickers/bandages to cover your tattoos each day. Definitely recommend, will most likely book again when I am next in Tokyo.

Great area, close to everything but far enough away to avoid all the crowds. Really cosy location. The room is small but completely functional as you're probably not spending a lot of time there.

Loved staying, very convenient. Everything you need is within walking distance and Shinjuku station is a great hub for travel pretty much anywhere that doesn't require to hop on a plane.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tokyo! It was incredibly nice, very safe, and so quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tokyo!

We definitely love the breakfast food, it was mix of western & japanese food. We also like how the streets are walkable even at night. There are also free toiletries that are available to you. The rooms are small, but my husband and I didn’t have any problems about it. We had 2 carry on luggages and 2 backpacks. We just put our carry on under the bed. There’s also enough power outlets for your electronics.

Great stay at the APA hotel. Check in during regular hours was seamless, quick. Rooms themselves are quite small but seems par for the course for Tokyo and also reasonable for the price. I stayed alone in a single unit and felt cramped at times. The breakfast is excellent and I had no problems getting a seat around 8 AM without a pre-reservation/signing up before hand though it does cost 200 yen more. It is about a 10-15 min walk from the closest subway station though which can be a pain when the weather is very cold as it was for us in January
