"Stayed at this property for 5 nights and chose the location based on convenience to shopping areas. PROS: Staff was polite, lobby was always clean, complimentary coffee/tea all day, complimentary amenities (bathroom items etc). "The hotel is very cute with a retro European feel. Staff were nice and spoke enough English to make check in easy for me. Our room was clean and we could fit 2 open suitcases in the room. There was a lot of "stuff" though on all the surfaces. Papers, amenities, etc. We had to gather it all up and set it aside in order to have room to put our own stuff on the table. The neighborhood is so central. Multiple train metro stops in all directions along with countless restaurants and all the shopping...

"The Millennium Mitsui Garden Hotel Tokyo/Ginza is a great location & near a train access right outside the hotel door. Key to getting around Tokyo. Staff was very courteous & helped us with all our needs during our stay. I highly recommend & would gladly return to stay again on a future trip. "
