"It was really close to the Metro Government Building and 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. You could also walk underground to the station if it’s raining outside but it took us 3 days to figure out how to walk back to the hotel underground. Last day, we finally figured it out. The twin beds room was small and we couldn’t open our luggage on the floor. We had to put it on our bed to get to our luggages. We were only there 5 days so it was fine just for sleep. Very clean, staff spoke English, very helpful and friendly. The area was great and close to everything. "

"Although the rooms are small, they have all the amenities of a five-star hotel, including plenty of toiletries. The roof top bar was amazing and prices were reasonable too. Staff members were very kind and supportive. I would most certainly return. "

"Third time staying at this hotel and it was great as always! Staff is overall friendly, helpful, and professional. Room was tidy and presentable. Location is next to subway station and near restaurants and convenience stores. Short walk to main Shinjuku hub as well! Staff was also helpful enough to book a taxi to Haneda airport for me. Only recommendation I’d have for the hotel compared to others is it would be nice to have a complimentary water included in the hotel room. But overall, another great stay and I highly recommend!"

"hotel Rose Garden is very convenient for transportation with Shinkuru station so close. Comfortable beds, small rooms but great amenities and restaurant next door. There is a hospital nearby so sirens were plentiful throughout the night. "
