"The front desk team went out of their way to make guest feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. They were attentive, joyful and helpful. There were events/parties happening 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, so the lobby and our floor were busy, but once we were in our room, it was not an issue (noise did not travel). Overall incredible stay and would go back in a heartbeat."

"The hotel was incredibly stylist and close to Shibuya station. It was also very safe, which was important to me as a solo traveler. The staff were very friendly and despite the hotel being in the center of Shibuya the rooms were very quiet. I would stay here again!"

"I had such a lovely time. New Otani garden hotel is amazing and when I come back to Tokyo in a few months, this is the hotel I will be staying at again. I walked everywhere, Shinjuku was very near by and a vast amount of Japanese gardens as well. I am very satisfied. Thank to the staff and the management of new otani garden tower hotel. I loved every minute of my stay in Japan. I was here for 8 days. Amazing. I can’t wait to come back. Arigato!"

"The biggest plus for this hotel is location, location, location. It is situated within a five minute walking distance of the Shinjuku station, though one needs to take the right gate out to be closest to it, (that would be the South gate of the original station). The room is of reasonable size by Japanese standards, and the nightly fare is within the range that one would expect for a prime area like this. A downside, at least in my personal opinion, is the checking-in process. There’s no such thing as checking in as much as one minute before 3 o’clock, and when one does check in it must be through a digital system that can turn a simple matter of getting the keys to one’s room into a protracted and slightly frustrating experience. All that said, would we stay here again if we were in the area? Probably."

"Good stay the staff were very helpful. The rooms are nice, the bathtub is deep and really relaxing with a full wet room. I spent most of my time in the room and would say it was enjoyable and had a nice view. Quiet at night too"

Comfortable Room

"Small room (typical in Japan), but efficient use of space. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were flat and not soft enough. Front desk staff didn't understand English completely, but they were still helpful. It was a pretty good location--close to subway stations, restaurants, and Tokyo Tower. "

"Keio Plaza was a great place to stay to explore Tokyo. The rooms were large and clean, the breakfast buffet had a really nice selection of Japanese and non-Japanese options, and the location was super convenient to get to Shinjuku station. There are also a lot of good restaurants close to the hotel, and even a 7-eleven on the ground floor."
