Very Basic Set Up as an Apartment
The insulation of sound from the neighboring units is almost non-existent. The set up is very basic with amenities as an apartment. There is no closed door rooms.

It’s a nice property it just need a lot more maintenance. There was some cockroaches, as well as a smell coming from the bathroom sink.

Not the greatest neighborhood. 1 of the 2 a/c didn’t work. You could actually see into the apartment from the outside because the front door is all beat up. The elevator smelled like urine.
