Such a cute little hotel. The room was well appointed but a little smaller than I expected. Staff was amazing, from the valet to the front desk to the attached restaurant. The street noise was a little unexpected, but easy to sleep through. It's a celebratory area, people were having fun!

This hotel has an adorable, trendy decor with clean surroundings. Most of the staff were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The rooms are quaint, beds/pillows so comfortable.

The hotel was so cute inside and they had a cute rooftop bar that let’s see the whole city. The rooms are very small but loved the decoration and the bathroom. Also they gave you robes which was a nice touch. Every room had nespresso machine which was awesome. Their French restaurant was absolutely delicious and fantastic I went to heaven when I tried their croque Madame. Also they give u a free drink for your stay. Negatives is parking… there’s no parking and if you do choose valet it’s 40 bucks a day. So it was very pricy… the location is gaslamp district so there was plenty of restaurants nearby and fun bars.

Just loved the overall aesthetic. There was a female employee at check in and throughout our stay that was very friendly and welcoming. The male employee at check out wasn’t as friendly but we generally loved our stay. Valet was convenient but seemed expensive

Hotel was not what I expected from photos online - and the elevator was just plain scary; very glad we were on the second floor. We were told there was not a sofa bed in the room. When we got to our room, there was a sofa bed - and we found a pair of men's black underwear inside the bed - a little disgusting and accounting for the less than average cleanliness score. I was charged for two overnight valet parking; the second night we used the LAZ lot next door. When I called the hotel, they immediately adjusted my invoice and sent me the updated receipt- for which I gave them a good rating compared to my other average / less than average scores. Thank you!

I have stayed here a few times and we love it! Everything is clean, staff in the front are very nice and go over everything you need to know! There is a small restaurant downstairs that has happy hour and food was very good as well as good drink offers! It feels like home, definitely will be staying here again!

Decent room for the price. TV and AC in the room didn’t work, plus parking in the area is a hassle if you don’t do it through the overpriced valet service. One of the elevators was not working and made going to and from our floor difficult. Overall the stay was good for what it was but will probably not be coming back in the near future.

Palihotel is so charming and cute. It had everything I needed and then some. Amazing roof top deck, the restaurant is yum. Comedy club and authentic taco joint right next door. Great place to hang out while you are waiting for your flight upon checkout. Nice central location with a 20 min drive to La Jolla.

Rooms were good , smaller than I anticipated but really just used for sleeping , One elevator was down , understandable because the building is very old . I loved the bathroom , the tile was beautiful , I had a very large bathroom which I liked . Location was good for the Gaslamp experience. Overall good stay. The rooftop area is cute , bar not open in the winter.
