You get such an incredible view of the bay when you step outside the property. We enjoyed taking morning and evening walks along the bay and grab a coffee from the fantastic coffee shops around the area. The staff was delightful every time and our room was clean every time.

My Bayside view wasn’t exactly what I was expecting, but the experience was incredible. Very close to Star of India and USS Midway. Walking distance to the trolley and several different tour groups. (Also a great breakfast spot right across the street).

Airport shuttle was complimentary, but seats in shuttle were very dirty with large spots on seats. Check in was awful. Lots of dining options nearby. Arrived via air before stated check in but had called ahead and was informed that if room was ready we could check in. That was the main reason we chose this hotel. At front desk around 1 pm and learned room WAS ready but it would be an additional charge if we wanted to check in early. We were dismissed and shooed away and advised to return at 4 pm. Others around us were checking in early no charge, and another passenger on the shuttle called while in route from airport and was also told he could check in as long as room was ready. .
