"The location and offerings of this place are top of the line; however, when one pays for top of the line, they expect that everything will be that way. That was not the case here. Overall, the house needs a lot of touchups to be in the class to match the price of rental. Think what you would expect if you rented a studio at a major hotel such as Coronado Del, or the Marriott. "Clean and roomy home close to Sea World. Perfect for our family of 6. Clean and well stocked. Nice to have a garage and washer. Lovely backyard. Wish there was a hot tub. Host answered our question promptly. Only issue was that the fireplace did not work and the fire alarm was beeping just needing batteries. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it "

"Property met our location needs, a stocked kitchen for holiday baking and 3 bathrooms was necessary. The master bath tub was awesome for us, but the master shower had only 2 minutes of hot water. "

"It’s right on the boardwalk and just near main street Santa Clara. You are walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, mini market and to the north is PB or to the South to Belmont with the rollercoaster, a gym, shops and activities. With 8 bedrooms and all are king beds, one full plus a pullout if needed."
