The front desk was super nice and accommodating. The location is great. The hotel is very nice and rooms are comfortable with lots of outlets/ports. My room had a few dings/scrapes on wall. Shower had a spot or two that seemed like mold. Did not care for the sliding door for the bathroom as i was staying w a friend. Nothing to hold door locked and there is still a crack where u can see which is awkward. Overall had a great time and tortuga bar is a nice vibe.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, the facilities were clean and in good state. The hotel’s location makes it easier to use public transportation, which is a few yards away. Also, there are plenty of good restaurants in the area with different types of cuisine. In the past, we stayed in a hotel in the Gaslamp district; unfortunately, it was more exposed to the bad aspects of that area. However, even though the Omni is very close to Gaslamp, it didn’t feel like we weren’t safe. We would definitely stay at the Omni in future visits to San Diego!

So close to everything it was great .my only problem was the area the hotel is in. I wouldn’t let my wife walk alone around the hotel. But what a nice hotel and staff they were happy helpful and pros thanks
