"This property is exactly as advertised and Catherine is an incredible host! She helped me with recommendations that were the best experiences. I arrived in the evening and she turned the heat and the lights on ahead of my arrival. The casita is adorable and the bed is super comfy. The outdoor oasis is so warm and inviting. Quiet area within walking distance of so much. Loved every second! "

"My husband and I visited our granddaughter and didn't get as much time as we would have liked to stay in the area. Boy do we wish we did! This rental was amazing with everything you could possibly think of there waiting for you. I have never slept on a more comfortable mattress and that means so muchb when you're on vacation.John was great with instructions on getting access and even welcomed us with a bottle of wine! Can't recommend staying here enough...we will and next time we will stay...

"We had a great time at Nancita's house, which was more than just a beachhouse. Check in was flawless. We entered a house that was spotless clean. The photos were very accurate. The backyard is huge and very private, lined with a lot of fruit trees/shrubs. The hottub was large and very comfortable. Nancita is giving a lot of attention to the details that made our stay more comfortable. She provided lots of cleaning supplies, paper towels and also a bathrobe and slippers. "I had a short but great stay. The bed, including the pillows and sheets, were SO comfortable! I stayed on the East side but did not have any issues with the freeway noise. Light does get in around the curtains so maybe not the spot for those who need total darkness, but otherwise would definitely recommend. It was also nice to be close to many restaurants, coffee shops, etc."
