"This was my second stay at this property. The staff and l location are fantastic. On check-in, I did experience a foul odour of urine in my room. I reported this to reception and was provided a new room. My first stay was perfect, this time however; the odour in the room, and tiredness of the replacement room were a bit of a shame. The replacement room had a toilet seat that was not fixed to the toilet, the sink had a large crack in it, and the sink tap was wobbly and loose. Other than that, it is a great place to stay. A little more attention to wear and tear would get this property back to the standard I experienced on my first stay. In saying all of this, the water cooler on each floor was appreciated, as was the water and candy station located in reception. I would stay at this property again despite the mentioned issues. "

"Very friendly staff, front desk, housekeeping, manager and van driver to airport. We had an issue during our stay, maintenance came and inspected. Manager called us to apologize and offered a compensation. "
