"The hotel was centrally located, close to many restaurants. Within walkable distance to downtown and Petco park, the bay, USS Midway Museum and Balboa Park. Room was very spacious, it included a kitchen and full size fridge, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and even dish soap and a sponge. The only negatives I found were lack of parking space (had to park off street and there was barely any spaces available). I had to park a block away and pay $8 for every 12 hours of parking. "Perfect budget motel for work. No frills it is all about a cheap nights stay with good wifi. Central to the San Diego area. Drive in drive out. Price price price. Not a luxury in motel not a casual hotel. But if your needing a place on budget and central to San Diego downtown and close to everything not a bad place. But it is in proximity to the homeless but I would stay there again for work. "

"The breakfast was very good. Lots of options. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Was close to Balboa Park, so there was a good running area nearby."

"The parking was a little hard. You have to drive up 10 floors to get to it. A lot of turns and very tight. Room was great and clean. Staff was very friendly. Easy check in and check out. "
