"The property was well located , short walk to great beach, 5th Ave and great restaurants. Roof top pool has great views and great for a refreshing dip . Everything is well maintained. Hosts were great . Only small issue for us was , the deck looks into the building next door and not much air flow into the condo . The roof pool was well equipped with tables and chairs so just enjoyed our morning coffee up there . Would highly recommend for either a short stay or long . "

"Furniture was falling apart (dining chair) and broke upon sitting down. Was wobbly and could tell it was repaired using a nail that wasn’t meant for that chair. Communication was horrible, check in was a disaster, nobody knew what was going on and couldn’t find our booking. Most concerning was the rope on the stairway was dislodged from the first tread, and where the second floating tred attached to the wall it was actually loose and swayed when you stepped on it. "I booked this place for my bachelorette trip for our group of 14 and it was absolutely amazing!!! The listing doesn’t mention this but there’s someone guarding the community (at least during the day) which was a nice surprise! We had asked Mari if there were any disposable cups and she said no but went out and got them for us, she also did a few pieces of laundry for us for a small fee. It was great to have her and Jose near the property. She doesn’t speak English but we had a Spanish speaker...
