"Staff was great. Arranged a scooter rental for us, delivered right to the hotel. Property itself was very nice, and well maintained. The upper deck by the rooftop pool could use a little TLC. It was pretty quiet, pools were nice, especially on those 30 afternoons. The hotel is halfway between the beach zone and the main Tulum strip. There's a great grocery store within walking distance. Very safe area. Rooms were spacious, well kept, my only complaint is that the shower didn't get hot enough. We will be back next year. "

"It was a beautiful hotel, very minimalistic, but had every thing that you needed. The pool was fantastic. Really love that it was open till 10 and food was walking distance as well as drinks and a party. If that’s the mood you’re in. We will definitely be back the area felt safe the people were authentic. Great experience, but my biggest compliments go to the staff. They were absolutely fantastic. We will be back next year😉"
