"We had a wonderful 7 days at this resort. The property was very clean, the pools and beach great, the staff was excellent and the restaurants were wonderful. We especially loved the presentations of the desserts and fruit areas in the buffet restaurant. Very well done. The night life is a little low key for adults and a nightclub for adults would of been great, offering comedy, live music and karaoke. "It was a beautiful and clean property. The upgraded room was gorgeous and spacious. However, the service did not stand out. We kept receiving different information from different staff, it was difficult to make reservations to the restaurants, and we kept being promised VIP access but never received it. We saw many other guests in the lobby complaining about similar situations."
