"I did not like the fact that hard rock tries to sell you time shares during your stay. I also did not like that the two pools closet to our building were for timeshare owners or "legend" people. Despite paying top dollar i felt like a second class guest. There were not enough towels sometimes. And it would have been nice to know that parts of the resort including the main pool was under renovation during out stay"

"This property was so much fun for my kids. They enjoyed the beautiful beach, awesome water park, and the room. The rooms are spacious and plentiful. The food options for dinner were surprisingly good. We did find breakfast to be tough with food choices for kids. We are coming back to this property. We enjoyed it that much!"

"Overall was a wonderful property, even though the first night there was no hot water or AC in the room we called and they had already been working on it, the pillow where hard but we asked the housekeeper and she got us new ones, the service was excellent and the staff is so friendly, the food was really good and lots of options to eat, i will stay there again! "

"This property sure does live up to its name ! If you’re looking for an all inclusive for a special occasion look no further! The honeymoon suite overlooking the Ocean with its own private terrace and pool is a must to book! The excellence club also grants you access to premium liquor, premium bottles on your room, and a private restaurant. The property was clean all throughout and the food was amazing! "Firstly, service was excellent, their butler system works very well. One person that can and does help you with everything - from reservations to checkouts. Very, very convenient. Secondly, plenty of cabanas on the property so you can go to the beach any time and find a place to lie down, usually a huge problem at other hotels. "
