"Our first time at an all- inclusive and Majestic Mirage lived up to all our expectations! The accommodations were wonderful and the staff were amazing! We particularly like our butler named Gridel - he helped us everyday with plans and reservations for dinner! He also made our golf arrangements and spent a great deal of time ensuring our stay was as relaxing as possible! "

"We stayed for 5 nights. It was very relaxing for the family. Food was pretty good though it gets repetitive after 3 days. We had Vegetarian food but still had pretty good options. Dining experience at Zen was cool. Coffee, ice cream and drinks were plentiful. All of them were good Pools were clean. Swim up bars served good drinks. Water park is pretty good even for adults and teens. We went to the theater once. Other days timing didn't work out. Beaches were clean, awesome and relaxing. It rains in December. We were flexible and adjusted our plans based on the rain. Use AccuWeather for planning Service was awesome all the way through. People are trained not to expect tips. We tipped them because we thought they deserved it. They try to pressure people into timeshare like properties. Compared to other properties it was ok"

"We had a great time. The resort is beautiful. We had a corner swim up room. It was awesome! The staff was very friendly, food was good, the resort was definitely on the low key side which we enjoyed. I would definitely go back and stay at other excellence reports. The spa was also wonderful . The package we booked had us there for almost 3 hours. Definitely a great day! Our biggest complaints were we wish they placed top 40 type music in the pool area. I also felt some of the people that work there were pushy with getting massages by the pool or booking excursions. I don’t mind being asked once or twice while I’m there but it was several times a day. Overall great resort! "

"Everyone was so pleasant! I can’t say enough good things about this staff! Every day at every location the staff was attentive, nice and helpful! The rooms and grounds were always clean! The food options were great! The buffet had a variety of foods to try and they also had several other restaurants you could visit as well. The ONLY complaint was the water in the rooms barely got hot and the food in the buffet was room temperature. That is my only complaint! I would definitely visit this hotel again! They had tons of family friendly events as well as events for adults. 10/10!"
