Sanctuary Cap Cana, a Luxury Collection Resort, Dominican Republic, Adult All-Inclusive

5.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (1025)
"The hotel was very pretty. I was disappointed in an all inclusive that needed reservations for certain restuarants that in 3 nights there were all booked. I was very disappointed in a bait and switch. I chose rooms based on picture at website and got an ocean view that was barely visible with the building in front of me. I brought to attention of hotel management and they declared it not their fault. Otherwise lovation, food and service were goid."

"Bahia Principe Grand has something for everyone! I recommend staying in the newly renovated suites. The family suite is excellent for families giving kids and adults privacy. The pools are well maintained and koodos to the beach staff who continuously are removing the seaweed. I would highly recommend this resort. The only downfall is the same food day after day at the beach buffet, there is no variety. "

"The property was great. We got married here and it was beautiful. This resort is a chill relaxing resort. It’s calm and meant for couples that want to get away from it all. Not really a party resort but they do have some night life available. All stuff closes around 12-1 am so everyone can relax if they wish. I did like this aspect while I was there and was able to get some rest. They do have a 24/7 room service menu which was great. Definitely get the chocolate cake it’s so good. We loved all...

"It was our first trip to Punta Cana. We typically go to Aruba. We stayed on the Club side and Darrel, our butler, made our vacation 10 stars out of 5. Small inconveniences were fixed like a magic. He decorated our room for my birthday and made sure to provide us with all requested reservations and made sure our stay was memorable and just fantastic. Overall, every staff member was super nice, but especially Marysol, Jennifer, Camila, Lidiaann and July. Excellent dining and entertainment,...
