"Everything very clean. Pillows one was very flat two was too high. Heating system was blowing directly at the couch sitting direction. Some days there was no bottled water and enough English breakfast and earl grey tea. Toilet flush very stiff difficult to flush. Shower door hard to open. Thank you "

"The hotel is an excellent place to use as a base for London as very close to Paddington station and allows for luggage to be stored before check in and after check out. The staff were very helpful, the room was very clean and extremely comfortable. We did not eat at this hotel so cannot comment on food. "
