"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during our first trip to London. It was an excellent place to stay. The convenience of the location to Paddington station was priceless and made getting around London and getting back to our hotel so easy. The front desk staff was always kind and helpful and even helped me make a phone call one morning when I was having an issue with my Oyster card. The breakfast selection was great, although we ate out a few mornings, I would say we had the included breakfast at the hotel about 5 times and they had a good variety of items to choose from. We loved having tea with breakfast every morning, but they also had coffee. The hotel location was very quiet and cozy and we felt safe there for our whole trip. The building is probably very old (but we liked that) and it's kept very well and was perfect for our trip. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return again sometime. "

"Great location next to Paddington (a one minute walk) opposite the station, excellent friendly service. Small rooms but great. Shower was cold (I have read this in other reviews) and it would be great to have a kettle in room. Great brunch. Will definitely go back."

"We only had one night in London, because of flight connections. The hotel gave us an upgrade and the room was excellent (coffee and fruits in our room for free). The train/subway station was just a block way, which made a quick sightseeing trip in central London quite easy (just the rainy weather prevented us from doing more)."

"This property is in a safe location and just around the corner from Paddington Station, restaurants and shops. Our room was very small but clean. USB charging ports were a plus! The staff was friendly and helpful! Be aware there is 3 floors and no elevator (which we knew in advance). We sleep with a sound spa and had no issues with any noise. We enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!"

"The staff was very kind and cared for costumers. The room was very small but convenient, i only stayed for 1 night. 5 minutes walk to PADDINGTON Station. There is plenty of shops and food around. For food I recommend Cleopatra, within 2 minutes walk from hotel BEWARE NO ELEVATOR!, and tiny room, Not recommended if you’re carrying big luggage. Very clean, looks like they just renovated. I would stay again if i need to! I slept very well and felt safe as the hotel’s door only opens either from inside or with your card Has remote climate. Bring your own toiletries as they only offer mini 1 shampoo and 1 soap. "

"Nice location, quiet and clean. Surprised to see such a well stocked hotel room, felt like a home away from home. Fine touches, clean layout, good colour combinations in the room. Couldn't fault it. Had the room upgraded and staff were accommodating. Worth the trip"
