"San Francisco is my home. I come back 2 times a year to visit my family. This was my 6th stay at the hotel. I just realized I forgot to thank Janet, my check in concierge! Janet has made me feel so welcome with our first interaction. She has always made sure every single visit met with my need! ( the kettle for hot water for my tea). She also gives me chocolate treats with I shared with my family later when I see them for dinner. I’m looking forward to my next visit! And hope I will get to see...

"The property is very confusing. Trying to find anything from the swimming pool is almost impossible. If it wasn’t for the Awesome staff that works here I would’ve given this the stars but they have the best staff that I’ve dealt with at a hotel. Very nice and friendly and understanding. The rooms are just OK. The swimming pool and the sauna is nice. "

Free Smores and fire pits to sit around and enjoy them at. Many other activities to do and enjoy. This place is a # 1 Hit on my list of Hotels."
