The staff was very friendly. We ate at the revolving lounge and the atmosphere was nice. The only negative thing about the dining was the men's room door would shut so loudly. It was annoying to hear it while we were eating. The room was nice - great view of the city and the Hollywood sign. They do need to update the connecting on the TV in the room.

I attended a conference which was held at this hotel's convention center, so I selected it for the convenience. I had no complaints until after I checked out. The hotel billed my credit card (which I swiped for "incidentals") for three days' accommodation even though I had paid for the room in full, in advance through Expedia. I have worked for almost two weeks to get my refund, but have not yet been able to speak to a human, other than to get transferred to voicemail. All billing concerns are conducted through an online portal. To say I am frustrated is a massive understatement.

Hotel was very cool & such an architectural gem! Staff was kind & made the entire stay easy & pleasant. Rooms were a little bit outdated but the beds were comfortable & the room was very clean. Only complaint is the shower head - not very much pressure & the fact I could hear another guests whole conversation through the bathroom fan (which doesn’t turn on). Overall a good stay & I would stay again.
