"Our first night stay there was something wrong the ac unit, but the manager Anna made sure we had a different room. She made us feel so comfortable and was very nice. Exceptional customer service. We will be back for sure. "

"On Saturday morning around 6:30am, a construction crew started drilling and hammering in the room across the hall and one two doors down. Woke us up, couldn’t go back to sleep and I’m extremely disappointed. Who the heck does that on a Saturday morning in a hotel??? I will never stay here again and I will have a conversation with the manager upon checkout today!"
