Easy to walk to pier 39 or Ghirardelli. Fabulous staff everyone was polite and helpful. Food was great as provided , coffee was delicious and hot. This is our second time staying here. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Check-in was fast and easy! Staff was fantastic! Bartender at the bar was awesome! Location is also amazing! My room was upgraded for free and they discounted my parking because of Expedia! Plus their parking is on-site and covered. One of the best stays!

The breakfast is very nice, unfornately seating is inside with no windows. There is also no coffee available in the lobby which would be nice.
