"The property is fantastic, and the room was super roomy and comfortable and well-appointed. However, we didn't have hot water. After a day of snowboarding, we obviously wanted to take a hot bath /shower, so this was disappointing. They did credit us with a partial refund, but we would have rather had hot water. "

"Perfect location (3-5 min walk to entrance) but a lot left to be desired. Got the job done for our short family romp at Disney but you won't find many Bonvoy perks here. Cons: -beds were a little hard for my liking, thin sheets -no onsite restaurant or bar lounge -no in-room microwave -bathtub was stained -$27/day parking -hot tub is small (only 1 onsite) - accommodates 4-7 people total -pool towels are the size of hand towels and seem more appropriate for a "shop rag" Pros: -friendly...
