"The property was stunning. I was surprised by valet only options, robot vacuum named Lilly cleaning the hotel floor, and inadequate service in Tidal restaurant. I appreciated the reusable water bottle, green roof, and look and feel of place overall. I wish bathroom door had latch or lock in the room."

"The staffs were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the AC I called in and they sent the repair guy right away. He wasn't able to fix the AC because it needed a part to repair they gave me a portable AC. Since I can't transfer to a new room for the night because the hotel was fully packed due to Valentines Day they gave me a free meal worth $75 good for 2 people. The next day I was provided a new clean room to stay. I can't complain. Thank you Thompson staffs."
