Critical things like dining options, quality of the beds, quality of the air conditioning, cleanliness and attention to the customer are top notch 10/10. All staff are great, In particular, Mr Aaron and Mr Norberto in the restaurant and bar of Mereva are the very best top notch superb---!!! the only thing I did not like which is not MEREVAs fault, is that the snorkeling in the hotel beach is not the best, and the beach itself has a lot...

"We absolutely loved it here! It’s beachfront, & the beach & sun lounges were amazing. You can order food & drinks from the beach - there are servers there. The breakfast was very good. We had the family room with 2 twin beds & the main bed is definitely a full size bed & not the advertised queen. The aircon worked really well. It did take the shower a little while to heat up tho’. They provide robes, but no slippers. The whole property is very rustic as you can see. It was a great stay....

"Hotel is very nice and clean. Stuff is very nice, they waited for us to arrive despite we arrived after 11pm.Comunication with them, from the reservation to the end, was excellent. You have several options for breakfast which was included in price. Water is not potable, they provide potable water in the pitcher (I think this is the issue for all the hotels in area). Room is equipped with AC and the bluetooth loudspeaker, no TV. Generally, our experience was very good, would recommend this hotel"
