Exceptional service and a slice of luxury, right in the centre of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable when we asked them for recommendations (thanks Quan!) and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. So good we returned for an extra night after we’d been to Halong Bay (and we booked to stay at La Siesta in Hoi A too!).

Beautiful common areas, amenities and rooms. Clean, beds are super comfy, great breakfast included. Staff are all amazing. Linh Pham was especially helpful and friendly! She went above and beyond to help me get meds from the local pharmacy when I wasn’t feeling well. Great location and in walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay in the old quarter! The hotel staff were incredible, probably the most attentive and helpful staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel before. It’s right in old quarter which has so much to do. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and very functional. The hotel staff was ver friendly. They greeted you with lovely smiles and served with the highest professionalism and kindness; which made our stay so much more pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast.
