Judy and Katy at the front desk were always helpful, arranging tours, making excellent dining and shopping suggestions and basically seeing to all our needs. William at the rooftop bar and Emma in the restaurant were also attentive and informative. The room faced the busy street but was very quiet. Bit cold for a rooftop swim...

"We are very happy with our selection of the Peridot hotel. Hanoi is a bustling chaotic city and it was always nice to escape the pollution and noise when entering the hotel. The concierge service was great, the breakfast was amazing and the room was comfortable. I also recommend the rooftop pool and bar. If it wasn't so smoggy during our stay, we would have spent more time up there!"
