"This was our favorite hotel on this trip. The room was lovely and the service was exceptional. On our last day, we needed to move to another hotel to meet our group. The Oriental Jade arranged and paid for our taxi to get there and gave us a farewell gift. Also, the benefits that came with the room such as free massages and drinks at the roof top bar really added to the value. Its well located on the edge of the old town not far from the lake. I highly recommend this property! "

"The hotel was very convenient and highly accessible to the Old Quarter of Hanoi. It is located off a side street away from the busy street that made it more pleasant to stay in. The rooms were comfortable and had plenty of space and served traditional cuisines for breakfast that we were able to try and enjoy. They were also very helpful with coordinating the transportation to and from the airport and gave us recommendations of places and restaurants to visit. "

"this was a perfect location in central hanoi right next to the lake. perfect for morning strolls just a 3-4 min walk from the hotel. the hotel also had free breakfast on the top floor. the room we got was perfect for 4 people and very modern and spacious. service was great! the massage though was just alright."

"This hotel is better than I expected and the location is just perfect! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. English is not an issue and everyone spoke just fine!
